Thank you for shopping with Delonix Group. We’re committed to providing high-quality products that beautify your home and elevate your atmosphere. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.

Conditions:

Item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Candles must be unburned and unlit.

Home decor items must not show signs of use or damage.

To initiate a return, please email us at delonixgroupstore@gmail.com. On your email subject line, please write RETURN - ORDER# and include your reason for return on the body of the email. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

A photo of the damaged item and packaging

Your order number

We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
