Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Wholesale orders are processed withing 7-10 busines days. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. You’ll be notified of any significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic USA: 3–7 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, reach out to us, and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it or offer a resolution.
